error .dll

    hello
    i have a problem when i click to "play"
    i have a message error for MSVCR100.DLL MSVCP100.DLL not found...;

    what can i do please thx for your answer

    What Windows are you using ?

    In my experience you have to uninstall your old version of Visual C++ and install a new version.

    Visual C++ and get 32bit, I think it's the 2008 one you need. Just try them all 32bit worked for me but 64bit didn't.
